Wrigley reacts to SCOTUS rulings on EPA rule

(BISMARCK) — North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley is reacting to the Supreme Court of the United States’ ruling, declining to issue stays against the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) methane and mercury and air toxic standards (MATS) rule.

The ruling came without comment. He says this happened to multiple cases, all energy related.

Wrigley said he believes the state will eventually win the cases.
