(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Gophers are poaching as quarterback from Georgia Tech.
Former four-star recruit Zach Pyron announced yesterday that he is transferring to Minnesota. Pyron backed up Haynes King with Georgia Tech this past season. He completed 53.8 percent of his passes for 409 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions.
Meanwhile, the Gophers are preparing for the Duke’s Mayo Bowl game against Virginia Tech on January 3rd.
