A trio of first period goals led the Minnesota Wild past the Seattle Kraken in a 4-0 shutout at the Xcel Energy Center on Wednesday night.
Matt Boldy led the Wild with a pair of goals. Ryan Hartman and Liam Ohgren each added a goal in the game. Filip Gustavsson was perfect, saving all 34 shots he faced between the pipes.
Minnesota improved to a record of 39-25-5 on the season. The Wild will continue their home stand on Saturday afternoon when they welcome the Buffalo Sabres to St. Paul.
