The Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks walked-off the Gary SouthShore RailCats 5-4 thanks to a three-run ninth inning on Tuesday evening.
Marcus Chiu hit the walk-off two-RBI single in the ninth inning. Alec Olund and Ismeal Alcantara also drove in runs in the game.
Orlando Rodriguez gave up four runs in 3 ⅓ innings of work ending with a no-decision. Brett Garcia tossed 2 ⅔ shutout innings in relief. Garrett Alexander also tossed a pair of scoreless innings. Parker Harm threw the 9th inning striking out two batters and earning the win.
The RedHawks and RailCats will continue their series on Wednesday with first pitch scheduled for 7:02 p.m.
