Twins dominate Tigers in rain shortened game

The Minnesota Twins took down the Detroit Tigers 12-3 in a seven inning game that was shortened due to rain

Bailey Ober struck out eight batters over six innings while giving up three runs (one earned) and earning the victory.

Ryan Jeffers led the offensive attack with a home run and four RBI. Jose Miranda added three RBI while Max Kepler drove in two runs. Additionally, Brooks Lee and Manuel Margot each drove in a single run.

The Twins will now welcome the Houston Astros to Target Field for a weekend series that will begin Friday night at 7:10 p.m. Pablo Lopez will get the nod for Minnesota.
