The Minnesota Timberwolves fell to the struggling New Orleans Pelicans 119-115 on Wednesday night.
Anthony Edwards paced the Pack with 29 points, six rebounds, and four assists. Edwards shot 15 of 17 from the free throw line. Julius Randle added 17 points while Mike Conley chipped in 16 points. Donte DiVincenzo tallied 11 points and seven rebounds off the bench.
The Wolves fell to 40-31 on the season while the Pelicans rose to a record of 19-51. Minnesota will host New Orleans again on Friday night at 7 p.m.
The Pack currently sits in eighth place in the Western Conference… One game back of Golden State for sixth place in the standings with 11 game remaining in the regular season.
