Wolves fall to Grizzlies in closing seconds

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves were defeated in the final minute of a 127-125 loss to the Memphis Grizzlies at the Target Center on Saturday.

Ja Morant knocked down a go-ahead floater with under 20 seconds left in regulation. Anthony Edwards missed a game-winning three at the buzzer.

Donte DiVincenzo scored 27 points and grabbed ten rebounds in the losing effort, while Jaden McDaniels finished with 21 points. The Wolves are in eighth place in the Western Conference with a 20-18 record. The Pack will visit the Wizards on Monday night at 6 p.m.
