Another round of showers come back into the area overnight Wednesday and becomes wider spread on Thursday, not an all day rain but periodical rains most of the day with SE winds between 10-25 mph. Friday a few remnant showers remain in the afternoon along with windy conditions between 15-30 mph from the SW. Saturday looks mainly dry, I can’t rule out a couple of isolated sprinkles but Sunday will be dry with high temperatures returning to near 70, a lot of 60s. Next week, another storm system is expected to pull into the Northern Plains at the beginning of next week bringing another round of showers and storms Monday into Tuesday and a day to day chance for some scattered showers into the end of next week.
Another quarter inch to three-quarter of an inch is expected over the next 48 hours, with the potential for some to see over an inch next week.
