Well, January is just around the corner and it shouldn’t be to much of a surprise that we have some of the coldest air of the season on the way. But first lets take a look at the Frisco Tx. forecast for the 6th to see what it looks like. It appears that temps should be in the upper 40s to low 50s in Frisco on game day:
It looked like a chance for rain on the 6th but that should be pushing east of Frisco by game day the way it appears now.
There’s an area of low pressure moving through the central plains with an upper level low over our area. LRC predicted a possible major storm around the 5th/6th followed by Arctic air. Take a look at this map showing the freezing temps plunging all the way to the Gulf Coast around the 10th of Jan. with our area well below zero:
Still some question marks on how much snow arrives right before the arctic air…..stay tuned.
