A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for mainly portions of Central and Western Minnesota until 10:00 pm. Scattered storms are expected to develop and move east with the main concern being damaging wind gusts, large hail, and even an isolated tornado possible. Here is the latest outlook for Monday 8/26/24 via NWS KGFK and NWS Twin Cities.
More storms will roll into the area overnight, out of South Dakota and into Minnesota.
