A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for portions of Eastern North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota until 7:00 pm CT. Portions of North Dakota and South Dakota counties will likely be able to expire the watch earlier than 7:00 pm as storms will have exited the area by the evening. The storm will though be moving into Minnesota through this evening. The main threat with storms this afternoon and evening will be a couple of possible isolated tornadoes, large hail upwards of tennis ball size, and 80 mph wind gusts.
