Most everyone would like to see some quiet weather over Thanksgiving due to the number of travelers across the U.S and for the majority of the nation, the weather looks quiet. Here is a look at a snapshot of our surface features for Thanksgiving day:
One thing that stands out is the precip (snow) in the Northeast US….this will effect some air travel going out of some of the hubs in the NE. The rest of the nation looks quiet with windy cold weather for the N. Plains. There will be a minor clipper system affecting the central plains over the weekend with some minor snows but enough to make things slippery on Saturday:
